BELLEVUE — According to Marc Rousso, president of JayMarc Homes, the time has never been better to build your own home or lock in a sale price so you’re not battling increased prices down the road.
“Many owners are turning to building a custom home on their current lot,” he says. “More and more people are considering staying where they are and tearing down their current home to build a new space that fits their families’ needs.”
Each month, JayMarc hosts a free custom-homebuilding seminar at one of its available homes on the Eastside. Its first seminar of the year will take place on Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. at the builder’s London B home at 10447 S.E. 20th St., Bellevue.
Those interested in attending the seminar are asked to contact Adrienne Buxbaum at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’re looking to make a move now, JayMarc’s newest available home is the Whistler, which is located at 827 104th Ave. S.E., Bellevue. The 3,117-square-foot home, located directly off Bellevue Way, is priced at $1.849 million.
