Marc Rousso, the founder of JayMarc Homes, says more people are considering staying where they are and tearing down their current home to build a new one that fits their families’ needs.
“With a lack of inventory on the market right now, we are getting a lot of interest from clients wanting to purchase a presale home or build a custom home,” he says.
