BELLEVUE — JayMarc is currently offering a diverse portfolio of luxury homes in West Bellevue, ready to be closed before the new school year starts in early September. The home designs include craftsman, transitional and modern.
The main Sales Center, at 10219 NE 30th Place, is the Florence model, which sells for $2,899,950. All other available homes are just minutes away and are all held open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m on weekends.
“We are aware how difficult it is to purchase affordable and buildable property,” says Brenda Gage, director of sales.
JayMarc’s Custom Home Program provides an array of services to get you started on the path to building your own home. These services include helping find land or even flipping lots they own to custom clients.
“Because we have seen such a rise in popularity for building custom homes, we host a free custom homebuilding seminar every month at one of our available homes,” says Gage. The August seminar will be hosted in Bellevue at the Florence on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. If you wish to attend, email Alexa Upper at firstname.lastname@example.org.
“The real estate market is hot,” says Gage. “Suitable land for new home construction is hard to acquire and move-in ready homes are flying off the shelf.
“Seattle is a booming city and with growth comes competitive home pricing. Some are wary of purchasing, but now is the time to buy,” she says. “Construction costs are expanding 6 to 8 percent per year so it is uncertain if homebuilders can offer today’s prices in Bellevue and surrounding areas for too much longer.”
