BELLEVUE — JayMarc Homes will host a free custom-homebuilding seminar on Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. at its London B home at 10447 S.E. 20th St., Bellevue. The home is available for sale for $2.899 million.
According to Marc Rousso, president of JayMarc Homes, the builder presents a free seminar every month where the custom team discusses topics such as working with an architect, permitting, financing and mistakes to avoid during the process.
“Many owners are turning to building a custom home on their current lot,” he says. “More and more people are considering staying where they are and tearing down their current home to build a new space that fits their families’ needs.”
The London B celebrates its grand opening Jan. 28 from noon to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The home is designed with a balance of luxury and function, and includes five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 5,245 square feet of open living space.
Opening in February from JayMarc Homes is the Acropolis, located at 2225 104th Ave. S.E., Bellevue. Among its more than 5,000 square feet of space is a kitchen that includes granite counters and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.
The Acropolis will be available for sale for $2.599 million.
