BOTHELL — The final six homes are under construction at Verde, and a variety of four- and five-bedroom floor plans are available.
Homes at Verde range in size from 3,500 to more than 4,500 square feet and feature Northwest Craftsman-style exteriors. Each home includes open-concept living spaces with designer touches throughout.
Depending on the floor plan, homes may also include bonus rooms, dens and daylight basements.
The open floor plans feature a living area off the kitchen, as well as a lower-level home theater and an upstairs bonus room.

“There’s plenty of room for your immediate family, plus private suites for your guests to feel right at home,” says Marc Davidson, the community sales manager at Verde.
“The often-overlooked garages will not go unnoticed in these homes. These super-size garages provide massive storage space. There’s room for toys for the entire family — bikes, kayaks, golf clubs, skis, yard-care tools. [There’s] even a workshop or boat storage, not to mention space for three cars,” he says.
Interiors feature 9-foot ceilings, wood-wrap detailing around oversize windows, and hardwood flooring on the main levels. Kitchens have frameless solid-wood cabinetry with brushed-nickel hardware, slab quartz countertops and designer tile accents. Professional-series stainless steel appliances are also included.
Master en suites include double vanities, stand-alone soaking tubs, oversize spa showers and high-end finishes.
The homes at Verde are arranged around a community park that includes a pond and gazebo and is surrounded by a greenbelt.
