The model homes at Lakeland Hills Estates in Auburn include four- and five-bedroom designs that range in size from 2,800 to 3,000 square feet.
AUBURN — Three model homes featuring the builder’s newest floor plans are open at Lakeland Hills Estates.
The four- and five-bedroom designs range in size from 2,800 to 3,000 square feet and feature master suites with five-piece bathrooms, open-concept living areas, designer kitchens, unfinished basements and three-car garages.
“These fresh and exciting new floor plans offer 9-foot ceilings, doors that are 8 feet high and an abundance of natural light throughout,” says Todd McKittrick, general manager of DeNova Northwest, the Kent-based builder at Lakeland Hills Estates. “The homes are built on generous-size homesites that offer plenty of space and privacy, designed to complement the active Northwest lifestyle.”
Lakeland Hills Estates homeowners have quick commutes to downtown Auburn, Tacoma and Lake Tapps, as well as the Auburn light-rail station for trips to downtown Seattle and the University District.
“We’ve gotten a wonderfully positive response to the current release of homesites, especially because of the quality and design,” McKittrick says. “And with the number of homes sold before the models were even finished, we really haven’t been surprised to see them selling so well.”
Amenities include a variety of designs, colors and materials selected by professional designers. All homes come with high-efficiency furnaces, windows and insulations to help lower utility costs and promote a better environment, McKittrick says.
