Maple Hills, a 56-home community under construction in Covington, will celebrate the grand opening of its new model home on Nov. 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
COVINGTON — Tucked amid wooded acreage and featuring mountain views, Maple Hills offers homebuyers an opportunity to purchase new homes on larger-than-average homesites in a desirable area.
Built by CalAtlantic Homes, the community will celebrate the grand opening of its model home from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today. Light refreshments will be served.
The 56 homesites at Maple Hills are part of the first phase of construction in the community. Elevated sites are on 50-, 60- and 70-foot-wide lots, some of which have views of the Olympic Mountains.
The homes are designed to maximize views by including oversize windows and covered backyard patios.
Maple Hills’ two-story, single-family homes are available in four new floor plans. Five additional designs will be offered in later stages of construction.
The open-concept designs range in size from 2,703 to 3,081 square feet. Later floor plans will extend to 3,500 square feet.
Great rooms flow into gourmet kitchens with center islands. Owners’ suites include spa-inspired baths.
Outdoor fireplaces and enhanced landscaping options are available.
Maple Hills is adjacent to Pipe Lake, and is about 5 miles from Maple Valley. The location offers access to nearby recreation opportunities, including fishing and kayaking at Lake Wilderness, walking or biking on the Cedar River Trail, and access to equestrian trails.
Several golf courses, including Meridian Valley Country Club, Lake Wilderness Golf Course and Elk Run Golf Club, are nearby.
Maple Hills is served by the Tahoma School District, and the newly constructed Tahoma Senior High School is less than 3 miles away.
