AUBURN — Up to $5,000 in “flex cash” to use on upgrades or closing costs is available to buyers of the new single-family homes by CalAtlantic Homes at Bridges, a community that features striking Mount Rainier views.

The offer is available for a limited time, according to Ryan Kemp, division manager for CalAtlantic Homes.
