The new development of 26 townhomes near the downtown Kirkland waterfront will be open for tours Oct. 29–30.
KIRKLAND — Local builder Wachtler Marshall will offer tours of its furnished model homes at 401 State Street on Oct. 29–30 from noon to 4 p.m. When complete, the new development near the downtown Kirkland waterfront will include 26 townhomes.
Nine units have sold in the first phase of the project, which consists of 17 3,000-plus-square-foot townhomes. There are two similar-but-distinct, four-bedroom floor plans, as well as a double-master configuration.
The main floor is designed for entertaining, and includes oversize windows and 10-foot ceilings to maximize natural light. The private backyards are fully fenced, landscaped and irrigated.
Homebuyers can select from among four designer-inspired interior color palettes at 401 State Street. Kitchens feature quartz slab countertops and KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, including wine/beverage refrigerators and built-in wall ovens. Various upgrades are available.
Each home has a two-car garage, and multiple covered patios and outdoor spaces. The master suite has its own private patio, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bath with dual vanities and oversize shower. Heated floors are also available.
The community’s location is within walking distance of downtown Kirkland’s parks, shops and restaurants, and practical amenities such as groceries, hospitals and entertainment are a short drive away. There is easy access to main throughways and freeways, along with public transportation.
