“Twilight” Actors Sign Autographs at Southcenter Mall

Hundreds of people queued up outside the Hot Topic store in Southcenter Mall Monday to meet cast members of the movie “Twilight.”

The first fans in line react to meeting Taylor Lautner, Rachelle Lefevre and Edi Gathegi, all cast members of the movie “Twilight”.

750 wristbands were issued to meet cast members from the movie “Twilight” at Southcenter Mall Monday, but many hundreds more were turned away. The crowd began lining up in the mall as early as 4am for a chance to meet the actors.

Tears stream down the face of Hayley Minniti, 14, of Maple Valley as she walks out of the Hot Topic store with her mother, Kelly, Monday. The Minnitis stood in line most of the day in hopes of getting autographs from three cast members of the movie “Twilight.” Hayley was doing fine, Kelly said, “until she saw him, and then she just lost it.” The him in question was actor Taylor Lautner, who plays Jacob Black.
