PHOENIX (AP) — Authorities say a Peoria man arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder and other crimes in an alleged road-rage shooting in Phoenix was involved in a previous road-rage incident.
Information regarding the previous incident is blacked out on a police probable-cause statement on 34-year-old Timothy Pascale’s arrest in the Monday night shooting, but other court documents indicate a man with the same name and birth date pleaded guilty in 2013 to disorderly conduct.
Police say 21-year-old Chris Romo was fatally shot while he was a passenger in a car stopped at an intersection. That car’s driver and an 18-year-old woman who was walking nearby were shot and wounded.
Pascale was arrested at his Peoria residence.
