A high-school student was getting her senior photos taken when a man in the buff — and his dog — showed up in the background.

A river. A high-school senior. A photographer. It was just a normal scene on Oregon’s Willamette River during a photo shoot for a girl’s senior pics.

Then a naked man and his dog turned up on the far bank of the river, splashing about, seemingly without a care in the world.

Jillian Henry, a 17-year-old from South Eugene High School, tweeted a few outtakes from the shoot on Sunday, garnering more than 43,000 retweets and nearly 119,000 likes as of Wednesday morning.

She and photographer Elena Nesbit were shocked to get the national attention.

“I posted it and was super excited when it got to just a few hundred favorites, and then I went swimming and was out of cell service for a couple hours, and when I got back into service it was at a few thousand and just kept getting more and more,” the teen told The Oregonian/OregonLive. “I never expected it to get that big.”

She told BuzzFeed they left the anonymous man to his swim soon after seeing him.
