SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — Prosecutors in Southern California say a criminal defense attorney has been charged with sexual assault and investigators are looking for more possible victims.
Through his attorney, Adam Rudnick Stull has denied all accusations. The 56-year-old attorney was charged this week with one felony count of sexual battery by restraint and two misdemeanors.
The Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday that Stull is accused of holding down a woman and touching her inappropriately last November.
While prosecutors wouldn’t say whether Stull and the woman knew one another, his lawyer Dana Cole said the allegations involve one of Stull’s clients.

The newspaper says Stull, who worked as a prosecutor in Kern County in the 1990s, was suspended from practicing law in 1993 for more than a year but is currently eligible to practice.
