Unified Police said Friday that 19-year-old Robert Harsh of Taylorsville was crossing a street there late Wednesday night when he was hit by an SUV.
Police say 27-year-old driver Roxanna Molina told police that she had several shots and beers before driving to a party. She was arrested running from the scene.
