ROANOKE, Va. (AP) — A Virginia man accused of setting fire to a Little Caesar’s Pizza store and a van has been charged with arson.

News outlets report 27-year-old Kurt James Davis was also charged with breaking and entering the Roanoke pizza business and a separate arson charge for allegedly stuffing a cloth into a nearby van’s gas tank and setting it on fire. Using the business’ video surveillance footage, Roanoke police identified and found Davis hours after the Tuesday incident.

Outlets cite police as saying evidence on scene indicated a person broke into the business by breaking a side window and climbing in, and then the person set fire to several cardboard pizza boxes, causing severe damage to the business.

Davis is being held without bail. It’s unknown if he has a lawyer.
