LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — It appears a lawsuit filed last year in Wyoming federal court against Albany County School District 1 has come to a conclusion.

The lawsuit accused the district of failing to protect a former elementary school student from sexual harassment and assault while riding a district school bus to and from school.

KOWB-AM reports that documents filed in U.S. District Court on Wednesday indicate that the parties on both sides have asked that the lawsuit be dismissed. However, no details were provided in the documents.

The lawsuit was filed in February 2017 and accused the school district and three employees of failing to prevent the alleged sexual harassment and assault of a former elementary school student by another student,

The three employees were dismissed from the lawsuit last May.
