ATLANTA (AP) — Essence is bringing music cultural festival to celebrate tastemakers and leaders in Atlanta.
Grammy-nominated singer Kelis, singer Algebra Blesset and comedian Loni Love will take part in the “My City, Four Ways ” festival in the city’s downtown area Saturday afternoon. The event is being presented by Ford featuring a fusion of food tasting experiences, music, beauty and style workshops, and pop-up fashion shops with local designers.
Music will be provided by DJ Teknology. Other attendees will include Essence editor Charreah Jackson, celebrity stylist June Ambrose, chef Willie Wallace and designer Kenya Freeman.
Kelis will also serve as a chef at a private dinner on Friday evening.
