LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities are investigating after a man was stabbed to death at a Las Vegas strip mall.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Las Vegas Police Lt. Peter Kisfalvi says the stabbing was called in about 11:45 p.m. Sunday after a man stabbed another multiple times and fled on foot.

Las Vegas Police Homicide Lt. Ray Spencer says the two men in their 50s were walking when they got into an argument.

The victim died at a nearby hospital.

The Clark County coroner’s office will identify the man who died after his family is notified.

Police were still searching for the stabber early Monday morning.

The man’s death marks the 84th homicide Las Vegas police have investigated this year, and the 101st within Clark County.
