No more foreign-transaction fees for international travelers.

TRAVELER TIP: If you visit other nations, foreign-transaction fees on your credit card can add unwelcome percentage points of expense to your journey — unless you’ve sought out one of the few cards such as Capital One or BECU that don’t levy the fees. June 1, another card drops the fees, and it’s already in many Seattleites’ wallets: Bank of America’s Alaska Airlines Visa Signature card. The card’s look will also be updated (as seen here) to conform with the Seattle-based carrier’s “refreshed” branding.
