Readers rave about man checking on well-being, rant about getting NHL tickets
RAVE To the man who walked over to my car at the Goodwill parking lot when he’d observed me with head down for a long length of time and he was concerned enough to check on my well-being. I’d been absorbed in organizing pictures in frames, and was genuinely touched by his acknowledgment and care. His simple gesture will not soon be forgotten.
RANT For the totally unacceptable experience trying to get NHL Seattle tickets. Despite cycling browser tabs starting at 10 a.m. sharp, I couldn’t get any transaction to go through until 10:30 a.m. and am now priority number 8,712 for two tickets. I guess I’ll be lucky to score one of the very last seats in the nosebleed section!
