Readers rave about postal service, rant about exiting bus from the front door.

RAVE We missed a package delivery by USPS requiring a signature, usually meaning a trip to the post office would be required. That evening our postal worker rang the doorbell at 6 p.m. to deliver the packages, despite a long day of work, saying he wanted to save us an unnecessary trip to the post office. His action speaks for itself!

RANT To the widespread practice of able-bodied passengers leaving the bus via the front door, delaying bus service while people can’t board. If passengers get off the bus using the back door, people can board the bus at the front at the same time.
