Readers captured snowy scenes from Seattle to Hood Canal.
Photographer: Dan Evans, Jr.
Photo taken: Feb. 9, 2019, near Mount Baker Beach on Lake Washington Boulevard
Photographer’s description: “Out early Saturday morning after the snowfall Friday night. The docks on Lake Washington always come through. Nikon D750 14-35mm f4 zoom.”
Critique: “What really makes this image to me is the simplicity of the scene. The gray clouds as far as the eye can see add a sense of never-ending snow. It was also a great idea to get out early to capture this scene before the fresh snow could be disturbed.”
