Admittedly one of the most photographed scenes anywhere … that day everything came together just right — the weather, sky, early snow on the peak, fall colors and calm lake. Taken with a Nikon D5000 and a 18-55mm lens set at 42mm.”
Critique: “Even capturing a popular subject depends on being there when the conditions are just right like when Ed Knight made this image of Mount Shuksan. Besides the aforementioned elements, what drew me to the image was all the detail reflected in the clear water.”
