RANT to plant theft. After a difficult week of juggling full-time work and urgent appointments for medical problems, I was looking forward to the moments of relaxation planting my two new little hosta plants that I took such care selecting to add to my garden. I went outside to plant them, and they were gone. Really? Coming onto someone’s property and stealing their garden plants?! You thought, “Why not? They are here for the taking, and I want them?”
RAVE to whoever (the city?) scraped all the dirt and weeds off the sidewalk on the north side of Denny by First Avenue North. More room for pedestrians on a sidewalk next to a busy street (Denny) with no shoulder.
