RAVE to the really caring and helpful folks at Husky Stadium the other night. My friend fell, and they very patiently and carefully picked her up and made sure she was all right. (We are active seniors.) Then, they took some time to help us find alternative transportation back to the Northgate Park-and-Ride. The light rail is great but was way too packed from the game. Anyway, these wonderful people are a great example of how we ALL should be treating each other. Much gratitude to them.

RANT to the family (grandparents included!) that thought it was OK to allow their son to chase all the ducks and geese into Lake Washington at the Renton Ivar’s, then started throwing rocks at them. They got defensive when we yelled at him to stop, like what he was doing was acceptable kid behavior. Brat!
