Winter is right around the corner, and it’s no secret that this season of short days and long nights (and let’s not forget the cold weather!) causes some to feel the winter blues.
As we gear up for another wet, gray Pacific Northwest winter, we want to know: How do you stay sane and keep your spirits up during the rainy months? Do you try to live with friluftsliv in mind? Is there a certain activity you do that keeps you moving until the warmer months, or a tried-and-true method to lengthen those short days? Tell us!
We’re gathering submissions to compile a list of reader recommendations for beating the winter blues. If you have a recommendation, please fill out the form below.
The deadline to submit your recommendations is Monday, Nov. 29. Then, look out for the Dec. 12 edition of The Mix to explore reader (and staff!) suggestions.
The opinions expressed in reader comments are those of the author only and do not reflect the opinions of The Seattle Times.
