In downtown Bellevue, two high-end steakhouses (Itadaki Yakiniku and STK Steakhouse) are hawking wagyu burgers with fries for $9.99 during lunch, which is cheaper than what most fast-food chains charge for their burger combos. In Seattle, Café Lago, which typically sells pizzas for as much as $27, slash prices to $15 for pies on Mondays.
