Cocktail author Paul Clarke came to reporter Tan Vinh’s house to mix drinks and discuss how to build your cocktail repertoire. Here are his instructions on how to make a Negroni, from his book “The Cocktail Chronicles.”
Negroni
Ingredients
1 oz. gin
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 oz. Campari
Method
Build drink in ice-filled rocks glass; stir to combine, and garnish with orange wheel. To serve straight-up, stir ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass; garnish with orange twist.
