Do you want your art to be on the cover of the Seattle Times' Fall Arts Guide? Submit now.
We’re already planning The Seattle Times Fall Arts Guide, and we need your submissions now. The guide, to be published Wednesday, Sept. 9, covers arts events from early September through Thanksgiving.
This year, we’re not only looking for events to fill the section, we’re looking for images to enhance the section. We invite you, our readers, to submit your original artwork. We’ll sort through the entries and select the ones we like best. One may even be on the cover! A few things to note: the image can be an original photograph, a drawing, a painting, a pencil sketch — any way you can think of to illustrate our theme of “fall arts.” Images must be square, (if we pick yours for the cover, it needs to be able to reproduce at a size of roughly 10 inches by 10 inches) with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Interested in submitting an event? We need times, dates, ticket prices, contact phone numbers, a brief description and photos if you have them (please send as attachments to emails). Submit listings online at www.seattletimes.com/submitlistings or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, July 24.
Note: Please read our Terms & Conditions before submitting.
