The eight-day marathon of sharks, sharks, and more sharks that started Sunday, July 23, and continues through July 30, with all-shark program schedule today, including, in prime time, “Sharks in the City: LA,” an investigation that reveals why the numbers of great white sharks are increasing along the coastline of Los Angeles; followed by “Sharks and the City: New York,” a look at the possibility of the return of sharks to New York Harbor, at 10 p.m. Tuesday on Discovery.
