The much-anticipated return of the hit 1988-97 sitcom, with the original cast back as Dan (John Goodman) and Roseanne (Roseanne Barr) Conner, their now-grown children and Roseanne’s sister Jackie (Laurie Metcalf); Roseanne and Jackie quarrel over the presidential election; Roseanne and Dan adjust to Darlene and her two children living with them; Becky announces she’s going to be a surrogate to make extra money; Darlene’s son is bullied at school; 8 p.m. Tuesday on KOMO.

“Chicago Med,” 10 p.m. (KING): Dr. Halstead and Dr. Manning are at odds over care of a vegetative man; a woman in the waiting room falls asleep and won’t wake up.

“The Detour,” 10:30 p.m. (TBS): Season-three finale; the Parkers finally get help in an abandoned ghost town filled with “Pacific Rim” live-action role players.
