It may be known as the “Emerging Artist Concert,” but the young people scheduled to play at the Seattle Chamber Music Society’s 11th Annual Monika Clowes Memorial Concert on Thursday at the Frye Art Museum have already earned many accolades.

On the program are 12-year old violinist Simone Porter, who has been featured on TV while playing at Carnegie Hall; 11-year old flutist Zachary Kellogg, a finalist from the Seattle Young Artists Music Festival; and 18-year-old cellist Julian Schwarz, who has been featured on the cover of Strings magazine.
