“Birdman” and “Whiplash”

They’re new at the Crest Cinema. Also there: “Song of the Sea,” “Selma” and “Wild” ($4-$5.50).

“Furious 7”

It continues at the Big Picture Seattle. The 2:45 p.m. show Saturday-Sunday and the 5:45 p.m. show Monday-Thursday are $10.

“A Streetcar Named Desire” and “Memento”

They’re new at the Central Cinema in Seattle. All shows $7.


It plays at the Tin Theater in Burien this week. All shows $8.

“Blackhat” and “Unbroken”

They continue at the East Valley 13 in Renton. Also there: “Annie,” “Foxcatcher,” “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies,” “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1,” “Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb,” “Big Hero 6,” “Interstellar,” “Horrible Bosses 2” and “Penguins of Madagascar” ($3.50).

“The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water 3D,” “A La Mala,” “Unfinished Business,” “Focus” and “Chappie”

They’re new at the Gateway in Federal Way.Also there: “Seventh Son 3D,” “The Duff,” “The Lazarus Effect,” “Jupiter Ascending 3D,” “Taken 3” and “Paddington” ($2-$4).
