Charli XCX, 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at the ShowboxThis English pop singer-songwriter is dancing her way to Seattle for a stop on her “Charli Live” tour in support of her latest album, “Charli.” Born Charlotte Emma Aitchison, she found success as a featured artist on the Icona Pop song “I Love It” and with Iggy Azalea on “Fancy,” the latter of which charted at No. 1 in the U.S., Canada and New Zealand. “Charli” is the singer’s third studio album and features several collaborations with artists including Lizzo, Haim and Troye Sivan. Fans of pop music who love to dance shouldn’t miss this show.

Peter Frampton, 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, at the Paramount TheatreThis famous rocker is retiring from touring, but not without playing in Seattle one more time during “Peter Frampton Finale — The Farewell Tour.” Frampton has released 15 studio albums and several live albums, the first of which, “Frampton Comes Alive!,” reached No. 1 on the charts in the U.S. and Canada. Fans who want to see the “Baby, I Love Your Way” singer live one last time, will want to check out the show.
