Female employees are paid equally to men at Expedia, the company said after conducting an internal review of its workforce, but more still needs to be done.

Expedia released some findings of its study Thursday, which found that women hold one-third of the company’s leadership positions, which includes executives, senior managers and managers. Women make up 51 percent of the company’s overall workforce in the U.S.

“While we compare well with many of our technology peers, we have a long way to go in bringing more female representation into leadership roles,” Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said in a statement. “We need to attract, hire, engage and promote talent of all kinds all around the world, and we believe that by enriching the diversity of our workforce across all dimensions, including gender, we achieve the most enriched outcomes.”

The study comes after an agreement with Arjuna Capital, an activist investor that has pressed many tech companies this year to disclose gender pay statistics. The firm earlier pushed Microsoft and Amazon to conduct studies, causing the companies to release similar statistics.

Microsoft said women earn 99.8 cents for every dollar earned by men with the same job title. Amazon said women make 99.9 cents on the dollar, and minorities make 100.1 cents for every dollar made by white employees who have the same role.

Expedia said women comprise 24 percent of its technical workforce. That’s slightly below the national average — the Department of Labor says 26 percent of computer and math positions are held by women.
