Rock musician Steve Miller has listed his majestic San Juan Island estate, which comes with a deepwater dock for your yacht and of course, a recording studio.
Recent (and rowdy) Rock ‘n’ Hall Hall of Fame inductee Steve Miller has decided to fly — like an eagle, yes, we know — from his San Juan Island estate. According to Bloomberg, the 39-acre parcel with a nearly 12,000-square-foot residence is “a marvel of woodwork,” full of clear fir floors, beams, cabinetry and such, all of it knot-free. The successful buyer will also be able to enjoy a pair of LED-lit hot tubs, barn-style doors, a home theater, a small amphitheater, a safe room where Miller kept his many guitars, a wood-floored garage that is a perfect home for classic cars and of course, a recording studio. Oddly, there are only two bedrooms but five bathrooms. Should the new guest-averse owner have a yacht, there is a deepwater dock; however, Miller’s yacht, the Abracadabra, is not for sale, the realtor reports.
