Spencer Lee, an Internet industry veteran, has joined Julep Beauty in Seattle as chief financial officer.

Lee was formerly CFO of the Registrar Services division of Demand Media, a Santa Monica, Calif.-based digital media and domain-services company.

Julep Beauty, a beauty brand, has raised more than $25 million in venture capital from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Maveron and Jay-Z’s Roc Nation.

Patrick Harrison was named vice president of marketing and communications at The 5th Avenue Theatre, Seattle.

Cathy Slater was named senior vice president, oriented strand board, engineered lumber products and distribution, and Adrian Blocker was named senior vice president, lumber, at Weyerhaeuser, Federal Way.
