Unions: David Rolf, the Washington state-based president of SEIU Healthcare 775NW, was elected at the national convention to be an international vice president of SEIU Healthcare.


Office services: Vic Rogers was named a project manager for North Sound Industries, Woodinville.

Software: Appan Annamalai was named director of engineering, and Loren Skaggs senior product manager at Xeriton, Sammamish.
