Biotechnology: Barry Polisky was named chief scientific officer at MDRNA, Bothell.

Colleges: Dr. Sheryl Berman was named executive director of Bellevue Community College’s Health Sciences, Education and Wellness Institute.

Engineering: Tim Reynolds was promoted to director of CB Engineers Bellevue office.
