While the single-family home market has been constrained this season by a severe lack of inventory, the number of condos newly listed for sale has been higher than last year.

Although sales of condos in the 23 covered Washington counties sagged below 2019 levels through much of the spring and early summer, in late June new sales surpassed last year’s comparable number.
