Schnitzer West announced real estate executive Jeff Taylor rejoined the firm as a managing partner. He was one of Schnitzer West’s original employees, returning after 14 years away.
Taylor brings more than 30 years of investment, development and management experience to his role with the development company. His acquisition and development experience totals more than $2 billion and includes a variety of projects throughout the U.S.
He has served on the executive teams of prominent real estate companies, including ScanlanKemperBard Companies (SKB) and Metzler North America. He also held positions with VMS Realty Partners and Petrus.
Law: Cairncross & Hempelmann added Joon H. Kim to its real estate team. Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt announced that Jamila Johnsonand Allison Krashan were named shareholders. Johnson focuses on government litigation and public policy. Krashan focuses on personal injuries and products litigation.
