Amy Goings was named president of the Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWIT) in Kirkland. She will begin that job July 1.

Goings most recently served as vice president of operations and college relations at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, Pierce County.

She also worked as deputy director in the office of former Congressman Norm Dicks with responsibility for higher education and workforce outreach.

Matthew Stover rejoined Ernst & Young in Seattle as an assurance partner. Rhonda Powell was named director of tax at Moss Adams, Seattle.

joined Hydrogen Advertising in Seattle as director of accounts.

Dr. Joanne Gormley was elected president of the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association, Seattle.

Meg Olson and Chris Ewing were hired as water resource analysts at Otak, Kirkland.

Dr. William Adams joined Associated Behavioral Health Care in Bellevue as chief medical officer.

Pam Kohli Jacobson and Mary Atkinson joined Betts Patterson & Mines, Seattle. Felicia Gittleman joined Cowan Miller & Lederman, Seattle. John Parnass and Zak Tomlinson joined Pacifica Law Group, Seattle. Brian McManus joined Van Ness Feldman, Seattle.

John Wolf was hired as senior IT manager and Ryan Robinson as senior digital producer at DNA, Seattle.

Real estate:
Susan Boyd joined Bellwether Housing in Seattle as director of real-estate development.
