The city offers a 129-acre plot of land owned by the Government Services Administration, originally bought for use during World War II but put up for sale earlier this month.
The city’s bustling downtown would aim to host Amazon’s initial expansion, with Wilburton, the soon-to-be redeveloped neighborhood east of Interstate 405, accommodating much of the future growth.
Bothell offers the Canyon Park Business Center, a 29-acre development.
The city offers an initial 500,000 square feet of office space, and up to 5.5 million square feet by 2027, in the former Public Works Service Center site, near I-5 and the future northern terminus of the Link Light Rail.
The long-in-development Lakepointe property, a former industrial site, is pitched by the city as the largest undeveloped piece of property on Lake Washington. It spans 53 acres.
The city is suggesting a 19-acre downtown redevelopment, near the interchange of interstates 5 and 405.
Renton proposes the Southport development, on the southern tip of Lake Washington, as a mixed-use development that could accommodate 8 million square feet of office space by 2028.
Tukwila’s proposal is anchored to 225 acres of land owned by the Segale family between I-5 and the Green River.
The tribes are offering 100 acres initially, supplemented by 300 acres later, for what they envision as a low-slung campus of two- and three-story buildings in Quil Ceda Village.
