The Seattle Storm has added Katelan Redmon and Keisha Hampton to its training camp roster.

Redmon, a 6-foot-1 guard from Gonzaga (and a transfer from Washington), was drafted 36th overall by the New York Liberty last year, appearing in seven games. She played in Israel this winter, averaging 10.5 points.

Hampton is a 6-2 forward from DePaul. She was drafted 22nd overall by the Storm but did not attend training camp last year. This winter she played in Latvia and averaged 17.4 points.

“We are looking forward to having Keisha in camp, finally,” Storm coach Brian Agler said. “She had a very decorated career at DePaul, so we are looking to see how that transfers to the Storm.

“Katelan played both at Gonzaga and spent time with the Liberty. We anticipate her competing for a roster spot.”

Seattle previously signed guards Temeka Johnson and Noelle Quinn and forward Nakia Sanford to free-agent contracts. The Storm also announced the return of forward Alysha Clark and the addition of Chay Shegog and Cierra Bravard to the training-camp roster.

The Storm opens the season at Los Angeles on May 26. The home opener is June 2 against Phoenix.
