Cat On Base drops in class and might be too fast for these, even though there are other early-speed horses to contend with. Red Colt Fortyfive will be rallying late. All My Friends is in good form.
War Wizard will try to lead from gate to wire. Bad Boy K is in decent form. Mo’em Down looks for his second straight win.
Sovereign Bay drops in class to a proper level. A Courting Venture cuts back in distance after losing by a half-length at a mile. Our Pretty Woman has won three of eight career starts.

Chu and You looked very good beating maiden claimers in her debut and can handle the step up in class. Jockey Debbie Hoonan sticks with Tinkerbelle Tops and gets off of Strawberry Dawn, who were both impressive winners in their debuts.
Firebender should improve in his second start at Emerald and looks very tough against this field. Harbor Star will try to lead from gate to wire. Wisest Cat is very unlikely to win but can sneak into the trifecta.
