LAS VEGAS — After rallying from a late deficit to take a one-run lead in the top of the 10th inning, the Tacoma Rainiers let it slip away in the bottom of the inning in a 5-4 loss to the Las Vegas 61s in a Pacific Coast League game Tuesday afternoon.

Tacoma trailed 3-0 through seven innings, but the Rainiers scored twice in the eighth on a Ty Kelly single. They tied it in the ninth on a wild pitch before taking the lead an inning later on a single by Jesus Montero that brought home Kelly.

Abraham Almonte had three hits for Tacoma.
