Abraham Almonte hit a three-run homer and drove in four runs, and the visiting Tacoma Rainiers earned a 6-3 victory over the Salt Lake Bees on Wednesday night.

Almonte’s homer tied the score at 3-3 in the sixth. Ji-Man Choi doubled, and after a Justin Smoak fly out, Jesus Montero singled in Choi.

Almonte also added an RBI single in the ninth for the Rainiers (56-56).

Brennan Boesch hit his 19th homer, a two-run shot, in the first for the Bees.

Nelson Ward had a homer and Sheehan Planas-Arteaga was 3 for 4 as the AquaSox held off the Emeralds, who scored four runs in the ninth.
