Jacob Smith, Wenatchee cross country: Smith, a senior, won a district championship by 20 seconds, finishing 3.1 miles in 14 minutes, 34 seconds at Walla Walla Point Park in Wenatchee.
Chandler Olson, Woodinville cross country: Olson, a junior, repeated as KingCo 4A champion, winning in 18:21 at Lincoln Park in Seattle.

Justice Perry, Renton soccer: Perry, a junior, scored all the Indians’ goals in a 4-2 win over Evergreen.
Nathan Steenkolk, Friday Harbor football: Steenkolk, a sophomore, had 210 rushing yards, 34 receiving yards, three touchdowns and a team-leading 10 tackles in a 36-35 loss to Lynden Christian.
Grace Martin, La Salle soccer: Martin, a sophomore, had eight goals and three assists in three games.
Tyrrell Walker-Hampton, Seattle Lutheran/Shorewood Christian football: The senior running back carried 19 times for 192 yards and three TDs and had three catches for 166 yards and a score in a 63-0 rout of Chief Leschi.
Brette Boesel, Brewster volleyball: The Bears sophomore racked up 50 assists, 40 attacks, 26 digs, 14 aces and eight blocks in victories over Oroville, Pateros, and Waterville.
Ryan Smith, Pomeroy football: Smith, a junior, rushed 22 times for 205 yards and four touchdowns in a 68-28 win over Liberty Christian. He also passed for 85 yards and a TD, ran for four two-point conversions and passed for another.
Kendra Ireigbe, Christian Faith volleyball: Ireigbe, a senior, had 29 kills, six aces and two blocks in three Eagles victories.
