Dobson ran with some of the nation’s elite hurdlers at the Arcadia Invitational earlier this month. It’s starting to bring out the best in him. The junior speedster stole the show at the Eason Invitational in Snohomish on Saturday. He won three events and ran personal bests in both hurdles races. He broke a school record in the 110-meter hurdles, winning in 14.48 seconds. Dobson clocked 40.56 in the 300 and won the long jump at 21 feet, 1 ½ inches. “He has set his sights to be one of the top athletes not only in our school and our state but in our country,” coach Chris Crockett wrote in an email. “The meet he had was spectacular considering the weather.”
