King County prosecutors charged a 20-year-old Seattle woman on Monday with two counts of promoting the commercial sex abuse of a minor for allegedly pimping out two teenage girls.
Jacqueline Oliver — who has “Lady Thug” tattooed on her right thigh and calls herself “Jackie Lavish” on Facebook — was arrested outside a Kent motel on Wednesday night, according to charging documents. She remains in the King County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail, jail records show.
Earlier this month, a 15-year-old girl was interviewed by an FBI agent assigned to the local Innocence Lost task force, which focuses on sex-trafficking of juveniles, while she was detained at the King County Youth Services Center, according to charging papers. The papers don’t say why the girl was in juvenile detention.
The girl said she had engaged in prostitution and told the agent she was advertised for sex on backpage.com in ads posted by Oliver, the papers say. Oliver also used her phone number as a contact number in the ads and “would take calls from prospective tricks and try to figure out which girl they wanted,” according to the charges.
